Each TE Kids Class is a high-energy, 60-minute training experience that combines strength and conditioning with speed and agility using proven methods from the Parisi Speed School. Every session develops the 10 General Physical Skills, from strength and power to balance and coordination, while also building the 10 Empowerment Essentials, like confidence, focus, and presence.

For athletes who need something designed just for them, we offer Custom Programming, a personalized system built around your child’s goals, schedule, resources and workout space. Each plan integrates strength and conditioning, speed and agility, and Total Empowerment mindset coaching, so athletes develop both physical performance and inner resilience.
Athletes are not only given workouts, they are given a plan for accountability. We track commitments, review progress, and teach them how to stay consistent, even when challenges arise. Every program includes mindset training tools like visualization, journaling, breathing resets, and energy management, helping athletes learn to stay confident, focused, and composed under pressure.
Custom Programming is more than a workout, it’s a complete roadmap that adapts to the individual athlete. YEAR LONG COURSE
The Captain’s Program is a year-long journey designed to help athletes earn the “C” on and off the field. Building on the foundation of the TE Kids Class, this program takes training to the next level with a powerful blend of advanced strength & conditioning, speed and agility work, and leadership development.
Every athlete in this program is pushed to grow physically through Advanced Physical Development (progressive strength training, explosive power, endurance challenges) and mentally through Advanced Mindset Work (visualization, journaling, goal-setting, energy systems, and staying calm under pressure). At the same time, athletes practice accountability, resilience, and communication, the qualities every captain needs.
By the end of the year, athletes will be stronger, faster, and more confident, but more importantly, they’ll embody the discipline, resilience, and leadership to inspire their teammates and thrive in school, sports, and life.
